Stefan Polfliet has spent more than two decades at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and complex transformation. As a former Big Four consultant, SAP solution architect, and global program lead for Fortune 100 and private equity-backed companies, he has overseen digital implementations and integrations across North America, West, Central and Eastern Europe.
After launching his own advisory firm, Bridge Atlantic, Stefan saw firsthand the lack of support and benefits infrastructure available to independent professionals and boutique businesses. That experience sparked the creation of Brook Hill—starting with Brook Hill Services, a co-employer platform offering group healthcare, payroll, and benefits access to firms that traditionally go underserved.
Today, Stefan leads Brook Hill Holdings and its subsidiaries from Naples, Florida—where he lives with his two sons and actively invests in the growth and well-being of the Southwest Florida community.
